Jr and Robert were both amazing with my warranty on my battery. There was some running around but there were patient and made sure I didn't have to come out of pocket and that Assurant and Enterprise figured out their warranty and how the deductible works. They will fore sure continue to get my business.

I am extremely disappointed with this Firestone location. I paid $478.75 in May for an A/C service on my 2019 Honda Insight after they told me the refrigerant was low. Just a few months later, my A/C started failing again. When I returned, they told me I would need to pay another $90 for a full diagnostic. Then they admitted they don’t even have a hybrid-certified technician to diagnose my hybrid vehicle. My question is simple: Why did you service my hybrid A/C and charge me nearly $500 if your shop isn’t equipped to properly diagnose it? I should have been told from the beginning to take my car to a qualified hybrid technician. The employee I spoke with was not knowledgeable and couldn’t clearly explain the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, I was left confused and frustrated after spending hundreds of dollars with an unresolved problem. I would not recommend this location to anyone with a hybrid vehicle. Save yourself the time and money and go to a shop that has qualified hybrid technicians.

My experience was frustrating because while the staff was friendly and professional, I ended up paying $1,264 for a repair that, according to a second opinion, I didn't actually need. After the repair, Firestone said I would still need to purchase wheel spacers or my tires could potentially come off while driving. That warning understandably left me concerned about the safety of my vehicle. At the recommendation of several people I trust who have extensive knowledge of wheels and tires, I took my vehicle to another tire shop for a second opinion. They quickly determined that I didn't need spacers at all. The issue was simply that I needed hub-centric rings, a much different and far less expensive solution. They were genuinely confused by the recommendation I had received. I don't believe Firestone acted with bad intentions. I truly think they believed their diagnosis was correct. However, being told I needed costly repairs and additional spacers when the actual solution was a set of hub-centric rings was frustrating and expensive. I'm disappointed that I spent over $1,200 unnecessarily, but I'm grateful I got a second opinion before spending even more money. My advice to anyone

One answer… Julia. She is an absolute asset to your store. I dropped off my truck earlier in the day for an oil change and to have my brakes looked at. When I came back around 5:45pm to pick it up, Julia let me know they hadn’t gotten started yet, but assured me it would be done. Their master tech, who was there on his day off, took the time to inspect my brakes and give me an honest assessment. Then Julia herself pulled my truck onto the shop floor and changed the oil after the rest of the team had gone home. Watching her little frame crawl under and climb onto my lifted truck was honestly both hilarious and impressive. But more than that, it showed real customer service. She didn’t have to do it herself. She did it because a promise was made, and she was determined to deliver. People like Julia are why customers come back.

The team was excellent in their organizing my oil change today! I called earlier in the week to ask about pricing and availability of service! Julia ordered a filter upgrade for my truck and Lucas started to work on time and Robert was very interesting to talk about cars and trucks and walked me through everything that was found that he recommended to be done very soon! I would recommend them for anyone that needs services to their vehicle!
